As a first-time home buyer, I have been looking to purchase a home during the start of the pandemic. My journey started with Chae in summer 2020 when I first asked for a pre-approval letter and he was quickly able to provide me with one so I can get a head start on the bidding process of home-buying. I've done my due diligence which is why I knew that when I spoke to Chae at Professional Mortgage Source, he was special.
